How do I reset my Azaz password?

If you forget your Azaz password, you can request a password reset from the login page.

Reset your password

1. Open the Azaz Login page.
2. Select Forgot Password, or go directly to the Forgot Password page.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Azaz account.
4. Complete the security verification if requested.
5. Submit the password reset request.
6. Check your email for the password recovery message from Azaz.
7. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

I didn't receive the password reset email

If the email does not arrive, wait a few minutes and check your Spam or Junk folder.

Also make sure you entered the same email address that is associated with your Azaz account.

If necessary, return to the Forgot Password page and submit another request.

Choose a secure new password

• Use a strong password that is difficult to guess.
• Use a password that you do not use on other websites.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
