Why is my short link not working?

Last updated on September 20, 2026

If an Azaz short link is not working as expected, there are several things you can check.

1. Check the destination URL

Sign in to your Azaz Dashboard and open My Links.

Find the affected link and check that its destination URL is correct. You can also open the destination URL directly in your browser to confirm that the destination website itself is available.

2. Check that you copied the complete short link

Make sure the entire Azaz short URL was copied correctly. Missing or changed characters can cause the link to open the wrong page or fail to work.

A normal Azaz short link looks similar to:

https://azaz.click/example

3. Check your link settings

Open the link from My Links and review its available settings.

If you recently changed the destination or other link options, save your changes and test the short link again.

4. Try another browser or network

Browser extensions, security software, DNS settings, or network filtering can sometimes affect access to websites.

Try opening the link in another browser or network to determine whether the problem is limited to your current device or connection.

5. The destination website may be unavailable

An Azaz short link redirects visitors to another website. If that destination website is offline, has removed the page, or is blocking access, the destination may not load even when the Azaz short link itself is working.

6. The link may have been restricted

Links associated with phishing, malware, scams, spam, illegal activity, or other violations may be restricted or removed in accordance with the Azaz Terms of Service.

Still having trouble?

If you own the link and it still does not work after checking these steps, use the Contact page and provide information about the problem.

If you are reporting a suspicious or harmful Azaz link rather than requesting technical support, use the Report page.
