Why is my Azaz Bio Page not working?

Last updated on September 20, 2026

If your Azaz Bio Page is not loading, displaying correctly, or opening the links you expect, there are several things you can check.

Check your Bio Page URL

First, make sure you are opening the correct public URL for your Bio Page.

Sign in to Azaz and open your Bio Pages dashboard. Find the page you want to check and use its available public view or preview option.

Make sure you are sharing the public Bio Page URL rather than a dashboard or editing URL that requires you to be signed in.

Test the page while signed out

A useful way to check a public Bio Page is to open its URL in another browser or a private browsing window.

This helps you see the page more like a visitor who is not signed in to your Azaz account.

Check whether your changes were saved

If you recently edited your Bio Page, return to your Bio Pages dashboard and confirm that your changes were saved.

After saving, reload the public Bio Page and check it again.

Check each link on your Bio Page

If the Bio Page itself loads but one of its buttons or links does not work, check the destination URL assigned to that item.

Make sure that:

  • The destination URL is complete.
  • The destination website is currently available.
  • The URL does not contain accidental spaces or missing characters.
  • The destination uses the correct http:// or https:// address.
  • The destination has not been deleted or moved.

Test the destination directly

Copy the destination URL from the Bio Page item and open it directly in your browser.

If the destination also fails when opened directly, the problem may be with the destination website rather than your Azaz Bio Page.

Check Azaz short links used on your page

If your Bio Page contains an Azaz short link, open My Links and check the link.

Make sure its destination is still correct and that the short link itself opens normally.

You can also test the short URL directly in your browser before adding it back to the Bio Page.

Check your images and content

If text appears correctly but an image or another supported element does not, review that item in your Bio Page editor.

If necessary, remove the affected item, add it again using the available options, save the page, and test the public page.

Check on another device

If the page works on your computer but not on your phone, or the other way around, try another device or browser.

You can also try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Opening it in a private browsing window
  • Using another up-to-date browser
  • Checking your internet connection
  • Temporarily disabling a browser extension that may be interfering with the page

My Bio Page URL was changed

If you changed the public URL or alias of your Bio Page using an available management option, previously shared copies of the old URL may no longer reach the page you expect.

Remember to update the URL anywhere you previously shared it, including:

  • Social media profiles
  • Websites
  • Email signatures
  • Messages
  • QR codes
  • Printed materials

My QR code no longer opens the Bio Page

If you created a QR code for your Bio Page, scan it and check the URL it opens.

If the Bio Page URL changed after the QR code was created, the existing QR code may still contain the previous URL.

You can create a new QR code from Azaz QR Codes.

My page opens but looks outdated

If you saved changes but still see an older version, refresh the page.

You can also open the public Bio Page in a private browsing window or another browser to check whether the current version appears there.

Check for prohibited content

Bio Pages and the links they contain must comply with the Azaz Terms of Service.

Phishing, malware, scams, spam, deceptive content, and other prohibited uses are not allowed.

Content that violates Azaz rules may be restricted or removed.

Protect your account

If your Bio Page contains changes that you did not make, secure your Azaz account.

Change your password using the available account settings or use the Forgot Password page if you cannot access your account.

Then review your Bio Pages and My Links for other unexpected changes.

Check available statistics

If your Bio Page uses Azaz short links associated with your account, you can review available activity through Azaz Statistics.

Statistics alone cannot determine why a page is not working, but they may help you understand whether associated links are receiving activity.
