After creating an account with Azaz, you may need to activate your account using the verification email sent to the email address you provided during registration.
Register your Azaz account
- Open the Azaz Registration page.
- Enter the requested account information.
- Complete the security verification.
- Submit your registration.
- Check your email for the Azaz activation message.
Open the activation email
Look for an email from Azaz containing an account activation link.
Open the message and use the activation link provided in the email to verify your account.
For security, only use an activation link from an email you expected to receive after registering with Azaz.
Sign in after activation
After your account has been activated, visit the Azaz Login page and sign in.
Once signed in, you can access your Azaz Dashboard.
I did not receive the activation email
If the activation email does not appear in your inbox, check your Spam, Junk, or other filtered email folders.
Also check that:
- You entered the correct email address during registration.
- Your email provider is not filtering or blocking the message.
- Your mailbox has enough storage to receive new messages.
- You allow a few minutes for the message to arrive.
Do not create multiple accounts immediately
If the activation email is delayed, avoid repeatedly registering new accounts with different email addresses.
First check your email folders and wait briefly for the original activation message to arrive.
The activation link does not work
If an activation link is invalid, expired, or does not open correctly, make sure you are using the complete link from the most recent Azaz activation email you received.
If the problem continues, visit the Contact page for assistance.
Already activated your account?
If your account has already been activated, you do not need to activate it again. Simply use the Login page.
Forgot your password?
If your account is activated but you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password page to start the password-reset process.
Using Google Sign-In
If you use the available Google Sign-In option, follow the instructions shown during the Google authentication process and then return to Azaz.
Keep your account secure
- Use a strong and unique password.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Keep access to your registered email account secure.
- Do not share password-reset or account-activation links.
- Sign out when using a shared or public device.
