If you believe someone may have accessed your Azaz account without your permission, secure your account as soon as possible.
Change your password
If you can still sign in, open your account settings and change your password if that option is available.
Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website.
If you cannot sign in, use the Forgot Password page to start the password-reset process.
Secure your email account
Your email account is important because it may be used for Azaz account activation, password resets, and other account-related messages.
If you believe your email account may also have been compromised, change its password and review its security settings with your email provider.
Review your Azaz account
After securing your password, sign in from the Azaz Login page and review your Dashboard.
Check for anything you do not recognize, including:
- Unexpected changes to your account information
- Short links you did not create
- Destination URLs you did not configure
- Bio Pages or content you did not create
- QR codes or other account activity you do not recognize
Review your short links
Open My Links and review your links carefully.
Pay particular attention to destination URLs. If a destination has been changed without your permission, visitors could be redirected somewhere you did not intend.
Review your Bio Pages
Visit your Bio Pages dashboard and check for unauthorized links, text, or other changes.
Review your QR codes
You can also check your QR dashboard for content or QR codes you do not recognize.
Check your statistics
Visit Azaz Statistics and review available activity for anything unexpected.
Unusual statistics alone do not necessarily mean that your account was compromised, but they may help you identify activity worth investigating.
If you use Google Sign-In
If you normally access Azaz using Google Sign-In, review the security of your Google Account as well.
Visit the official Google Account Security page to review your Google security settings and recent security activity.
Do not share your credentials
Never share:
- Your Azaz password
- Your email password
- Password-reset links
- Account-activation links
- Private API keys or other account credentials
Azaz support does not need your password to investigate an account problem.
Be careful with suspicious messages
Do not enter your Azaz credentials into a website simply because an email, message, or social media post tells you to do so.
When signing in, verify that you are using the official Azaz Login page.
Contact Azaz
If you believe your account was accessed without permission or you cannot regain access, visit the Contact page.
Describe the problem and provide useful non-sensitive information, such as when you first noticed the unexpected activity.
Do not include your password, password-reset link, API keys, or other private credentials in your message.
Report harmful Azaz links
If an unauthorized account action resulted in a phishing, scam, malware, or other harmful Azaz link, you can also submit the link through the Report page.
