Why didn’t I receive my Azaz activation or password reset email?

Last updated on September 20, 2026

If you requested an account activation or password reset from Azaz but did not receive the email, there are several things you can check.

Wait a few minutes

Email delivery is usually quick, but some email providers may delay incoming messages.

Wait a few minutes before requesting another email.

Check your Spam or Junk folder

Your email provider may incorrectly place an Azaz message in a filtered folder.

Check folders such as:

  • Spam
  • Junk
  • Promotions
  • Updates
  • Other filtered folders

If you find the Azaz message there, you may want to mark it as Not Spam so future account emails are easier to receive.

Check the email address you entered

Make sure the email address used when registering or requesting a password reset was entered correctly.

A spelling mistake in the email address can prevent the message from reaching your inbox.

Check the correct email account

If you use several email addresses, make sure you are checking the same account that you used with Azaz.

Check your mailbox storage

If your mailbox is full, your email provider may be unable to accept new messages.

Free some storage if necessary and then try the appropriate Azaz process again.

Account activation emails

If you recently created an Azaz account from the Registration page, check your inbox for the account activation message.

Open the activation email and follow the link provided to activate your account.

Password reset emails

If you forgot your password, open the Forgot Password page and enter the email address associated with your Azaz account.

If a reset email is sent, use the instructions in that message to choose a new password.

Use the most recent email

If you requested more than one activation or password reset email, use the most recent message you received.

Older links may no longer work after a newer request has been generated.

Do not share activation or reset links

Account activation and password reset links should be treated as private. Do not post them publicly or send them to another person.

Azaz will never need you to publish your password or password-reset link in order to receive support.

Already activated your account?

If your account has already been activated, try signing in directly from the Azaz Login page.

You do not need another activation email for an account that has already been activated.

Using Google Sign-In?

If your account uses the available Google Sign-In option, try signing in from the Login page using Google instead of requesting a password reset for a password you may not normally use with Azaz.

Still not receiving the email?

If you have checked your email address, Spam or Junk folders, mailbox storage, and waited for delivery but still do not receive the message, visit the Azaz Contact page.

When contacting support, explain whether you are having trouble with an activation email or a password reset email. Do not send your password.

Privacy and security
